2023–2024 — RESEARCH
Ground-Level School Discovery
Visited schools across India to understand the real problems teachers and students face in implementing NEP 2020. Identified gaps in tools, assessment, and curriculum delivery that no existing platform was solving.
2024–2025 — R&D
Keyword-First Engine — The Core Idea
Identified the fundamental problem with generic AI in education — outputs were unpredictable, unauditable, and curriculum-blind. Researched and designed the Keyword-First Intelligence Engine: a structured governance layer where every AI operation is controlled by defined keywords, not freeform prompts. This made outputs deterministic, NEP-aligned, and safe for real classrooms.
2025 — DEVELOPMENT
Building the Platform
Designed and built SPYRAL from the ground up — physics & math simulations, AI challenges, SPI tracking, teacher dashboards, parent reports, and the full NEP 2020 competency framework — all powered by the Keyword-First Engine.
2026 — LAUNCH
NEP Lab Goes Live
SPYRAL NEP Lab officially launched — India's first AI-powered experiential learning platform purpose-built for National Education Policy 2020. Now live for students, teachers, and schools across India.
